About the project
In 1990, Adv. Gideon Hatuka, in partnership with Adv. Shraga Biran, began to represent agricultural land rights owners in a planning process to build a new neighborhood of about 2,100 housing units in Hadera city center. Today, there are 700 families living in the neighborhood and construction continues.
