About Gideon Hatuka
Adv. Gideon Hatuka, owner and founder of the firm, completed his LL.B. in Law at Bar-Ilan University in 1985. He served his clerkship at the Shraga Biran law firm. In 1987, he was admitted to the Israel Bar Association as a qualified lawyer and in 2005 he received a notary’s license.
After qualifying as a lawyer, he continued as an Associate at the Biran law firm and in 1992 he was appointed Partner. For more than 25 years, he worked closely with Adv. Shraga Biran specializing in the fields of real estate, planning and zoning.
In the early 1990s, Adv. Gideon Hatuka supported complex changes in zoning procedures for agricultural land in the rural sector. During this time, he has gained extensive experience and an unrivaled talent in identifying the full potential contained in rezoning land and improving its value in the most optimal manner.
Today, after leading a long list of large-scale national residential, commercial and office projects, in both the urban and rural sectors, Adv.
