For more than 30 years, Adv. Gideon Hatuka has been specializing in the real estate, and the planning and zoning sectors. In recent years, the demand for land for a range of purposes has risen, and real estate has become an increasingly important subject with significant implications for both the individual and society. It has also become clearer, that land in Israel is a limited resource and is the most tangible asset a person can own, serving not only as a home but also as a livelihood.
The Man Behind the Name
Adv. Gideon Hatuka
Adv. Gideon Hatuka, owner and founder of the firm, completed his LL.B. in Law at Bar-Ilan University in 1985. He served his clerkship over two years at the Shraga Biran law firm. In 1987, he was admitted to the Israel Bar Association as a qualified lawyer and in 2005 he received a notary’s license. After qualifying as a lawyer, he continued to practice law as an Associate at the Biran law firm and in 1992 he was appointed Partner.
For more than 25 years, Adv. Gideon Hatuka worked closely with Adv. Shraga Biran, specializing mainly in the field of Real Estate, Planning and Zoning.
In the early 1990s, as part of his work, Adv. Gideon Hatuka supported complex changes in zoning procedures for agricultural land in the rural sector.
