About the project
In 2013, those possessing rights in an old building in Bnei Dan Street in Tel Aviv, overlooking Hayarkon Park, began an urban renewal process (TAMA 38/2) in which the old building was demolished, and another building was constructed with additional building rights. Today, construction of the building is nearing completion and the new building will be occupied during 2018.
