About the project
In 1990, in the first stages of the establishment of the city of Shoham, Adv. Gideon Hatuka represented Moshav Bareket in a deal with Housing & Construction to build the “Givat Shoham” residential neighborhood with about 1,200 homes. The project was partly built on agricultural land that had served Moshav Bareket. Today, the neighborhood is considered one of the most exclusive and sought after in the city.
